The 2010 voting season brought a few changes to The Visitor Choice Awards including the separation of the 2009 “Shopping” category into “Shopping Center” and “Retail Store” and the addition of the overall “Customer Service” category. Additionally, in 2010 each voter was only asked to pick one favorite in each category as opposed to choosing three in 2009.

As always, all ballots were tabulated and monitored by MARKET[SOURCE] Research & Consulting of Springfield, MO. Each and every voter deserves a big “thanks!” for making the competition fun, friendly, and successful again this year!
