BRANSON BUSINESSES SHINE AT ADDY AWARDS

TVC Productions, a division of The Vacation Channel, Inc., is proud to announce recent honors at The 29th Annual ADDY Awards presented by the Springfield Ad Club this past weekend. Sponsored by the local chapter of the American Advertising Association, the event recognizes excellence in creative advertising.
In a year with a record number of entries, TVC Productions shattered their past record wins. Competing against advertising agencies and video production companies from throughout the Springfield / Branson / Harrison area, TVC Productions brought home 4 Gold ADDY Awards and 7 Silver ADDY Awards.
TVC Productions received two Gold ADDYs for projects produced for Branson’s HCW Development Company- including a Commercial Campaign for Branson Hills and an Infomercial produced for the company’s real estate projects. Additionally, the Infomercial also took a Silver Cinematography Award.
In the Animation and Special Effects category, an animated commercial for Mr. Bugkiller took the Gold ADDY.
TVC Productions also earned a Silver ADDY in the Regional / National Commercial Category for a spot produced for the Table Rock Lake Chamber of Commerce and another two Silver ADDYS for local commercials for Ozark Mountain Bank.
In the Sales Video competition, TVCP won a Silver ADDY for the Las Vegas based, Cool Dog Productions and a Silver ADDY for a promotional video for Branson Creek. The Branson Creek video also was honored with a Gold ADDY for Cinematography.
A final Silver ADDY was awarded in the Interactive Multi-Media category for an Interactive Kiosk produced for College of the Ozarks that is displayed in the Keeter Center.

Consistently Recognized World-Wide for Excellence
Branson’s TVC Productions, the video production company of The Vacation Channel, is excited to announce recent honors bestowed by both local and international advertising and video production competitions.
The International Aurora Awards presented TVC Productions & White River Valley Electric Cooperative a Gold Aurora Award in the Community Relations category. The video, “The Cooperative Difference,” was created for White River’s Annual Meeting and played for an audience of 3,000 member-owners.
In the International Telly Awards, TVC Productions was honored with three Bronze Telly Awards, the second highest recognition given. Two productions for Skaggs Community Health Center were awarded including a Bronze Telly for the commercial, “Dr. Cornelison,” as well as a Bronze Telly in the Health & Wellness Video category for the Skaggs video “faster than the speed of life.” A Video for the Volunteer Services Department of Baxter Regional Medical Center, Mountain Home, Arkansas, was also awarded a Bronze Telly in the Public Relations Video category.
Competing against advertising agencies and production companies from throughout the Springfield / Branson area, TVC Productions won six Silver ADDY Awards at The 27th Annual ADDY Awards Show hosted by the Springfield, Missouri, Ad Club. The event, which celebrates excellence in advertising, was held February 18th at the Oasis Convention Center in Springfield.
In the Local Television Advertising category for commercials, TVC Productions won Silver ADDYs for commercials produced for Silver Dollar City and Skaggs Community Health Center.
In the Regional / National Television Advertising category for commercials, a Silver ADDY was given for a commercial produced for Chateau on the Lake. A second Silver ADDY was also shared with Cindy Merry Marketing for a commercial produced for The Yakov Smirnoff Show. The same spot, “There’s No Mimes,” also was honored with a Silver ADDY in the Animation Category.
And finally, in the Interactive Multimedia - CD-Rom / DVD category, TVC Productions was awarded with a Silver ADDY for an Interactive DVD produced for HCW Development Company for Branson Landing.
